Fitness Warehouse Terms & Conditions are printed below to ensure you can shop securely and in full confidence of the company’s regulations which are detailed to protect both the Fitness Warehouse and yourself during trading.

General Statement

  • Fitness Warehouse offer specialist services for both Home-Use and Commercial Fitness Equipment.
  • All the information on the web site/contained in any literature is accurate at the time of press/release. Fitness Warehouse cannot be held liable for any errors, price changes or specification changes once equipment has been purchased.
  • Please confirm that all the above suits your personal requirements on purchase.

Trading Hours

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday 10am-4pm
  • Should you require an out-of-hours visit, please do not hesitate to contact the team to organise a convenient date and time.

Purchases

Fitness Warehouse offer three simple methods for payment:

  1. Telephone orders - All telephone orders can be placed between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm and Sunday 12-5pm.
    This process requires credit card details. The following card types are all suitable.

    On completion of the purchase, an order number will be allocated which the customer must note for future reference during the delivery stage of the order.
     
  2. Showroom – The Fitness Warehouse offer a fully stocked showroom allowing the equipment to be tried and tested before a purchase is made. The location is as follows;

  3. Online Card Payments - Online orders can be placed thorugh our web site by following the simple instructions on the 'how to order' page.

Pricing

  • All the equipment is represented as a VAT inclusive price.

Deliveries & Collections

  • All deliveries are subject to a delivery charge, unless otherwise stated. The delivery charge will cover the delivery of the product/s to inside the entrance of a property.
  • Collections from the Fitness Warehouse will be organised at both the convenience of the Customer and also the Fitness Warehouse.
  • On ordering a product; if a specific delivery date and time is required, the date and time along with any additional charges, will be verbally agreed during the purchasing stage. This will ensure a convenient delivery which meets the requirements of both you the customer and the Fitness Warehouse.

Servicing

  • All products will be serviced in line with the Equipment Manufacturers warranty. It is your responsibility to complete any warranty forms and post them the the manufacturer. Warranties will commence from when the goods are either delivered to the installation address or collected from the Fitness Warehouse by the customer. Please note some manufacturers such as Proform, Weslo, Nordic Track and Weider specify that the warranty registration must take place within 28 days of receiving the product otherwise they will not offer a full warranty on the product. If posting a warranty registration please use recorded post.

Returns Policy

  • If you decide within 7 days that you'd like to return your order please call us. Please be aware you will be responsible for carriage charges in both directions. Orders must be returned in the condition they were delivered to you, unused and in their originial unopenned packaging.
