The linear bearings on this smith machine ensure the bar movement is ultra smooth for a quality feel. The MP6000 Smith Machine comes with a seperate bench which can be removed to allow for squating, deadlifts and shruggs amongst other core exercises. The bench can also be used alone for work with dumbells.
