In addition, the computer displays clearly arranged exercise data such as level of resistance, speed, time, distance, calories and heart rate. The Backlight ensures optimum clarity of the display even in badly lit areas.

The interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system. Permanent transition between stress phases with high intensity and relaxation phases with low intensity are attributes of the interval training.
This exercise program starts with a short warm up, then gradually increases the intensity and ends with a cool down phase. Thereby you can select between 8 different intensity steps that automatically change the resistance. Both, endurance as well as fat burning is exercised extensively.

Set here your designated target pulse rate for the exercise. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance level to your current pulse rate. The stress phase, exercising within your training zone, follows a 3 minutes-warm up. A final cool down completes the program.
Preset your personal heart rate zone. You can select between health, fat burning, fitness, body shaping and performance. According to your selected zone you can exercise with a percentage of 65, 75, or 85 of your heart rate which is calculated by the computer according to your entered data. After warm up you will enter your target zones main program. After the completion of your selected time the training will finish with a cool down.
You may select between 3 preset intensities and start immediately with the exercise. The intervals start according to the level (L1 = easy, L3=difficult) with different watts and will switch between stress and relaxation phases.
This program allows you to select between Level 1 3 in order to exercise with your desired intensity. According to your personal data you will train with the designated watt figure. A short warm up will follow the main phase and a cool down exercise. This is perfect for your cardiovascular system as well as your endurance level.
