The Reebok C5.1e Performance cross trainer is a precise ‘ergometer’ bike. The electronic resistance levels ranges from 25 – 400 watts. 20kg flywheel and long stride provide an exceptionally smooth and elliptical motion. The resistance level regulation is driven by the innovative M-Force Direct Drive System ranges from 25 – 400. The C 5.1e provides optimal performance for all fitness levels

M-Force Direct Drive System

M-Force Direct Drive System is an innovative gearless drive and magnet break system. The regulation of resistance levels is controlled by the computer and provides an excellent vernier adjustment of resistance steps with highest possible precision. It displays performance levels ranging from 25 to 400 watts in 5 watt steps.

Backlight Training computer with user profile memory

Allows you to store individual exercise data of up to 9 user profiles. In addition, the computer displays clearly arranged exercise data such as level of resistance, speed, time, distance, calories and heart rate. The Backlight ensures optimum clarity of the display even in badly lit areas.

Program 1 – time - target setting

Specify your designated training period or exercise the preset length of training. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level according to your training condition.

Program 2 – distance - target setting

Here you can set the designated training distance. At any time during the exercise you can modify the resistance level e.g. in order to simulate steep incline.

Program 3 – calories - target setting

Your target is to lose weight: By simply entering the number of calories you want to burn this program supports you to achieve your goal. Start with the exercise and modify the resistance level any time during the training.

Program 4 – random program

This program helps you to train your designated time. It randomly selects different resistance levels and varies these during the exercise. Of course, you can manually operate the resistance level at any time.

Program 5 – fat burning

Long training duration at low intensities are very effective fort fat burning. This program is geared to fat burning, again the settings can be modified at any time.

Program 6 – interval training

The interval workout exercises both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscular system. Permanent transition between stress phases with high intensity and relaxation phases with low intensity are attributes of the interval training.

Program 7 - endurance program

This exercise program starts with a short warm up, then gradually increases the intensity and ends with a cool down phase. Thereby you can select between 8 different intensity steps that automatically change the resistance. Both, endurance as well as fat burning is exercised extensively.

Program 8 – WATT control program

Preset here your designated Watt performance. According to step frequency the machine will adapt the resistance level in order to keep the watt performance constant. Perfect for rehabilitation exercises.

Program 9 – target pulse program

Set here your designated target pulse rate for the exercise. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance level to your current pulse rate. The stress phase, exercising within your training zone, follows a 3 minutes-warm up. A final cool down completes the program
