What does the Profrom 3.8 offer over the Proform 3.6?

Both treadmills have the same size motor and the same top speed. The similarities end there. The Proform 3.8 offers much more interactivity on the display concole. It actually records your progress month on month, and year on year, so you can compare the total calories, distance and time you have acheived on the treadmill each month. This is a great motivational tool. If you can see you burnt more calories last month it will encourage you to try harder this month. The Proform 3.8 also has a large running area with a superior cushoining system, and customisable programs. The integrated workout fan built into the display is also a nice touch for the hot summer months. This running machine has quick incline keys taking directly to your desired level of gradient at the single touch of a button, the same goes for the speed. The 3.8 features 8 weight loss workouts, each designed by a Certified Personal Trainer to give you fast, fabulous results! Definately worth the extra pennies.
