The Proform 280 Razor Cross Trainer has been designed to work with your natural body movements. The 280 Razor has 10 levels of silent resistance and 16 preset programs that changes the resistance of the Proform 280 Razor during the workout to stay focused and motivated. The 280 elliptical is powered up by batteries but can be used by mains with a power supply (not supplied with the cross trainer). The elliptical cross trainer console features a light up display that tells you the time, speed, distance, pulse, calories and level of resistance
