The Marcy MP2500 Multi Gym is both stunning and innovative, the first Marcy gym to include a low pulley station at the side of the gym to save exercise space. A huge variety of exercises including bench press, pec deck, lat pull down, tricep press down, bicep curl, sesated row, leg extension, and more can be performed on this multi gym. It comes with a full exercise chart illustrating the different exercises. 2" X 2 3/4" heavy duty tube framing and 2" round steel press arms make the MP2500 not only sleek but also extremely reliable.

The Marcy MP2500 is a good beginners multi gym, although the weight stack is only 45kg, due to the pulleys the resistance feels much harder on certain exercises like bench press. There is a low pulley station on the side of the gym which can be used for bicep curl, seated rowing, upright rows and many other low pulley exercises. A variety of attachments can be put on both the high pulley and the low pulley to get even more exercises out of the gym, however you would need to purchase any additional attachments not included in the list above. It may be a good idea to purchase some interlocking flooring if your gym is going on a hard surface such as concrete, tiles, or laminate floor. This will allow you to perform the seated row exercise in comfort, as you need to sit on the floor using the low pulley.
