The Marcy MP2106 multi gym is one of the most complete home gyms on the market, with adjustable chest press station, backrest pad and seat the Marcy MP2106 allows the user to tailor the equipment to their individual needs. With specific stations designed to work chest, shoulders, arms, stomach and legs, the MP2106 gives a true full body workout. This is definately one of our favourite multi gyms, and one of the few that allows you to perform incline chest press and shoulder press exercises, as well as seated mid row and low row.
