Bremshey's 2012 CF7 Cross Trainer in the new stylish gloss white. Even more versatile than the CF/CR5, with a wide variety of training programs, including features such as a built in fat/ Body Mass Index calculator. The CF/CR7 with the special generator (servo adjusted brake) is a "self generator": you generate the electricity needed yourself.
